DUO MODERN Refund Policy

At DUO MODERN, we stand behind the quality of every item we produce. Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for items ordered in the wrong size, customer error, or a change of mind. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before purchasing.

Returns & Replacements – Manufacturer Error Only

We only accept returns or send replacements if:

  • The item is misprinted

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not require the item to be returned, but a photo and video clearly showing the damage, misprint, or error must be submitted to:

If approved, we will send you a replacement of the same item, color, and sizeβ€”on us. The original is yours to keep.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Incorrect size or color ordered

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Sale items or gift cards


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there’s a printing error, damage during shipping, or an item is missing, reach out immediately with photos/videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If you are a customer within the EU, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for this.
